Some of our first courses:
Taglierini and ravioli home made pasta with butter and sage or with truffle or in game sauce, pappa al pomodoro ( bread and tomato soup ), ribollita ( bread and vegetables soup ), vegetables soups.

Traditional main courses:
Bistecca alla Fiorentina ( Florentine T- bone steak ), pork steak or ribs, cockerel, rabbit and guinea hen, grilled over the embers.
Stewed wild board, duck, hare and fallow dear. Typical peposo alla chiantigiana (stewed beef with red wine and pepper).

Some sweets and cakes strictly home made:
Apple tart, tiramisù (egg and mascarpone cheese, coffee flavoured soft cake), ricotta cheese cake, cream caramel, panna cotta ( baked milk cream ).
